we want you to love your new pickleball paddle! if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered with our easy returns and exchanges:

• condition: your paddle must be in brand-new, unused condition and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. We can’t accept returns for paddles that have been used.
• timeframe: you have 30 days from the day your paddle arrives to start a return or exchange.
• return shipping: you’ll be responsible for covering return shipping costs, but we’re here to help with any questions! we recommend using a trackable shipping option just to be safe.
• refund process: once we receive your paddle and ensure it’s still in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus the shipping costs).

to keep your paddle looking and playing its best, here are a few tips:

• use newer pickleballs: older balls can create more surface friction, which might wear down the print. using newer balls will help protect the design and give you a better playing experience.
• clean regularly: wipe down your paddle every so often to maintain its look and feel. we recommend using carbon fiber-safe cleaning wipes with a gentle, non-abrasive formula to protect both the vinyl print and the carbon fiber surface.
• use the paddle cover: storing your paddle in our complimentary paddle cover when not in use will keep it safe from scuffs and scratches.
